About Tanesha Stenson:

Tanesha serves as the Center Director for our Carpenter Square location. She has been apart of our team for 2 years. Her willingness to lead and serve is what makes her unique. She takes pride in building relationships with our students, being a positive role model, and being a mother to her amazing son, Isaiah. Working at YES has given her the opportunity to fulfill her lifelong dream of working with under served youth. She grew up in a program like YES, so working here always reminds her of the people who inspired her back then, and still inspire her today. Some of Tanesha’s favorite things to do are playing and coaching basketball, writing music, and singing. She hopes to inspire all our students and help them find their purpose in life.
